3D Movies in a Volvo C30: Star Trek Holodeck Precursor
I watched Star Trek since I was 12, I think. I started with The Next Generation, I wasn’t really caught by James T. Kirk, but captain Picard and his crew fired my imagination. And the holodeck was a marvelous place, making everything possible. The car in the movie below seems a smaller version of that holodeck.
Now, when I saw the video above, all I could think was StarTrek, StarTrek! I don’t get what this car is good for, I don’t know if it may be driven around, but it really looks cool from the outside. I am looking for more data on it right now. If you have anything, please fire a comment so I can update this post.

uhhh your kidding right? The 'Holodeck' created 3d images that responded to touch and movement. That Volvo has LED screens in it's windows, no 3d, no response, no interaction. What's more impressive, you appear to be blogging from somewhere in the 19th century. The car is used for exactly what it is doing, sitting in a car show, advertising the volvo 'lifestyle'

Oh, come on, it was a child fantasy with Spaceships and holostories.
Of course this is not even remotely close to a holodeck. If we have had that kind of technology even remotly possible, don't you think we would have used it by now? :)
Why don't you just look at the movie and see something fun? :P
